Illustration of
the New Life Growth Process
Using
five charts to explain in detail God's complete salvation plan and the path
to new life growth.
(1)
Mankind’s relationship with God after Adam’s fall (Figure 1): Controlled by sin (nature),
we can't help but commit sinful acts.
(2) God's salvation plan is to re-create the human race - by grace (God’s Salvation
Plan Diagram): God sent His Son to become man (“the word became flesh”) to
dwell among us, thus completing the "out of death and into life" way of
re-creating the human race that is not enslaved by sin.
(3)
God’s salvation plan is to re-create the human race - through faith (Figure 2): the
Lord Jesus Christ’s salvation plan calls for people to be united with Him
through faith, so that the believers are truly re-created with a new life.
(4)
Believer Change Diagram: when we believe in Christ, our
identity and position are completely changed. (2 Corinthians 5:17)
(5) The right way to please God for a believer (Figure 3): After becoming a
believer, there are two natures inside us (the new life and the old life; by
faith or by reasoning -- that is, surrendering to Lord or relying on
ourselves; following the Holy Spirit or following our own flesh and desire),
and God gave us the free will to choose.

Lectures on
Ephesians (2:1-10)
The
focus of these lectures is: "For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ
Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."
(Ephesians 2:10)
(1) In
order to do God’s work, we must first be made right.
(2) We
should obey God and through dying on the cross with Jesus Christ to gain
life and become a new creation; we also should "take up our cross daily and
follow the Lord," so that the newly created man may grow. Only then will we
be able to do God's work.
